Smiling Moose, Pittsburgh, PA.... My wife's cousin Max was helping out this New Orleans band with a tour, so I went with my bro-in-law, Ned. Unfortunately, we were among the few who showed up to the Smiling Moose's upstairs room. The music was fun but the vibe was a bit of a downer due to the lack of people.
